Today's recipe is full of flavor, very satiating and abundant in health benefits.
Today I prepared a Turmeric Chia Pudding, very fragrant and full of color! It can be made in 5 minutes and then you just need to wait for the chia seeds to do their magic and give the right texture to the pudding. And they will!
And with the Just GRANOLA - Apple & Cinnamon and the Organic Shredded Coconut, both from Just GRANOLA Shop, as toppings, this pudding turns out divine!
The list of ingredients is very simple but full of magical health benefits. For instance, chia seeds are rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids, high quality protein (with a good ratio of all the essential amino acids), fiber, antioxidantes, calcium and magnesium.
The turmeric, also known as Indian saffron, is a magical spice with several bioactive compounds known to have several important health benefits. These compounds are known as curcuminoids, from which curcumin is the most important. This compound has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help in the prevention and treatment of several diseases, from chronic inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and cancer.
As so, this pudding has double the deliciousness, not only from its vibrant and comforting flavor, but also from all the health benefits it provides...
